ROKMAPS has a basic search and Query Builder search.
Basic Search, generally consists of an Owner Name, PIN and Address options.
Query Builder
Selecting a layer to search from
Click a field of choice to select it
Choosing an operator (i.e. '=' or 'Like'), when using LIKE, you will need add % as a wildcard. For example when searching for all Owners named smith: Name1 LIKE 'Smith%'
Choose a Distinct value or manually enter your own in the Where box. You may make the where statement as complex or as simple as you need but only search 1 layer at a time.
